  1. Name what is waiting

    Day 1

Write down what keeps asking for your attention. You are making room to notice it, not committing to solve everything.

  2. Choose one thing

    Day 2

Choose one issue from your list. Describe what a useful first step would make possible. Let the rest wait for now.

  3. Notice what gets in the way

    Day 3

Look at one recent moment when you meant to act and did not. Name the obstacle without turning it into a story about who you are.

  4. Make the move smaller

    Day 4

Choose a two-minute version of the action. Give it a day, time, or everyday cue, and name a smaller fallback.

  5. Try it. Then look back.

    Day 5

Make the attempt and record what happened. Choose a review date. Your next step can use what you learned from this one.
