Rescheduling a session
Up to 24 hours before we meet, no questions asked — just email me a couple of new times.
Refunds
Within 48 hours of purchase, before the session happens. The full policy lives in the Terms.
Billing questions
Receipts come from Stripe. If anything on a charge looks wrong, email me before anything else — it'll be fastest to fix at the source.
